How do u hire managers that don't understand words and don't smile and seems hostile , tattoos , no people skills and I can't even make $8 a hour and 20 years of experience. Colour of my Personality is being discriminated against.

Continuously getting my order wrong, or putting in empty cups to replace the items they are hiding that they stole out of my order. Seriously need to replace all the staff at this location.

Drive-thru lady yelled at everybody

Greeted by Alexis upon entering. Order taken almost immediately. Whopper meal was great just as expected. Hardworking crew. Will recommend.

I often visit this establishment on my way home from hospital visit, or returning from the downtown Library. I have dealt with the entry door at the rear of the store, where there is Handicap Parking ️ slots. The door is often locked , which means walking around the store in order to get from the ️ to the front door. Mgmt says the reason is to keep the homeless from sneaking in to the store, just to use the restroom.

El servicio al cliente es malo y más tuve un accidente con mi. Vehículo está estacionado un vehículo en la salida de la tienda que mal servicio en todo no compro más ay . Otra ves lo mismo pido una comida ma dan otra que no era más estaba fría y el servicio faltar pido hablar con el gerente no está mas esperando más de 20 minutos nadie me ayudó y la comida la boté al zafacon no compro más ay la segunda ves que me pasa la bolsa estaba abierta y los pedidos cambiaron .

Never experienced bad service as this, the cashier is rude, The order took 17 minutes for just 1 burger, and we were 2 at the store The main entrance door is dirty and broken, and the ceiling tiles ditty, missing It can not be a burger king standards

Sadly not well staffed today. All was ok, but less than usual for a Burger King. No pickles today.
