Burger King

On February 9th, 2024 at about 4:00 pm, we walked into the restaurant, stood at the counter. We waited for about 15 minutes. Nobody greeted us, told us they'd be right with us, nobody even attempted to take our order. Not even any eye contact. We eventually left the store. All I wanted was a double whopper meal.

Trisha at the drive-thru was very kind and helpful on my wife's iced coffee order. She made my day!

--2024-01-29 They had us pull off and wait for 2 wraps 2 ketchup chz burgers and a chix sandwich. None of which were but remotely warm. This is my second time thru this location and both times they had me pull off. Well, ok, they wanted me to do it the first time but when I suggested to skip the fries they all the sudden found they had them in the bin. Kinda tired of the less than stellar anything from any BK in this area. Even the one on base.

My food was cold. Didn't get a receipt. Was looking forward to having a hamburger for my lunch from work and my food isn't even warm.

Late night experience was sketchy. Employee was rude, didn't provide service. Only provided attitude. Borderline aggressive to the point it felt like it might get physical. Don't go late. They turn the signs off and are only there to make the hourly and intimidate customers away
