Burgers was not warm..the lettuce was old and wilted. Fries was cold ,onion rings was not cooked all the way and nuggets was old..all for 23.00 down the drain..very disappointing..I knew I should have just went to Whataburger..

I'm with K-THONG on this one. This location has gone downhill over the last few months in terms of food quality and service. Today I placed an order through the app for drive-thru, and at the window was told they ran out of the size cup I ordered and asked if that was okay, in a not particularly polite tone of voice. I said it's okay if I'm refunded the difference. She told me I had to do it through the app. That's fair, but again, kind of a rude tone of voice and it really put me off. I know it's a sucky job, but it's not hard to act like a decent human being. I chose to not take the order and filed for a full refund through the app, and I won't be going back to that location.

Food was Hot & Fresh & also very delicious. Staff was very friendly
