Burger King

It is absolutely unacceptable to greet me in the drive-thru by calling me an ethnic name. My ethnicity has nothing to do with me being a customer. This is the last time I will come here. I used to come frequently on my way home. But no more. Who I am is not my ethnicity. It's so sad that You chose this path.

Completely unsanitary and disgusting customer service. Burger king managers, yours need to check this place out.

I’ve only been to this location about 3 times, but every time it’s been closed long before their posted closing time. I thought I was just hitting it on an off night, but then I saw all the reviews that say the same thing, so somebody needs to change this store’s hours on Google, or else get people who won’t sit inside and wave you away when you finally pull up to the window after no response at the speaker.

Firstly, this location doesn't seem to participate in the value meal menu, and doesn't have the 2 for $5 deal you'll find at every other BK. So my order was more than double what it would normally cost. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich, and a whopper. The buns on both were fairly stale, the burger was cold, and I think I may have gotten the wrong size burger patty, because the bun absolutely dwarfed it. The most bread sandwich Whopper I've ever had. Also, it was very cold out today, and I understand people need shelter, but the homeless guy camping in the corner booth had the whole restaurant smelling like an outhouse.

I went to the drive thru last week to pick up food for a friend. When I pulled up I was yelled at by someone inside that the drive thru wasn't working and that I would have to come inside. I drove around the building and parked my car and went inside. This was my first trip inside a Burger King in approximately 25 years as I don't eat meat. Immediately the smell of cooking meat hit me in the face and I became nauseous. The employees weren't too friendly and the lady that took my order wasn't very enthused about my being there. I wasn't either from the smell which was inescapable. Praying I could get out quickly this wasn't going to be the case. A man was in front of me waiting to get his order and I was the other customer inside. The other guy finally got his sack and left. An employee was making my order in the prep area and when she put the sandwich in the sack she kept looking into the sack and I was wondering what was in the sack. I was almost afraid to take it to my friend for fear of what was in there. I put the sack in the floorboard on the passengers side of my car due to the horrible odor emanating from the grease soaked bag. I brought it to my friend and that was the end of it. I never heard if she ate it or not but I for sure will never return to Burger King due to the smell.
