Burger King

It's a pity I do NOT have an option for less stars. I showed up to this place after a movie one night, heart set on a Whooper or 2, and all but one lone employee was left to tell me he had been abandoned by his coworkers... Maybe next time.

Got here at 8pm and the lobby was closed. The schedule on the door states that the lobby is open until 10pm.

Sign says lobby is open till 10, it's 8 pm and the lobby is closed.

It's not the newest or nicest looking Burger King I have ever been to it's just your usual older looking fast food restaurant. The inside is clearly maintained well and kept up with. That may not sound like a big accomplishment or something to be praised over, until you take into account that this location seems to be perpetually under staffed and must have a high turn over rate of its employees, as I never seem to recognize anyone the next time I go by from my previous visits. Staff tends to be very friendly each and every time I interact with them be it from the drive thru or dining in. Parking: I've never seen the place all that busy with people in its dining room, so there is always plenty of parking anytime I have visited this location Kid-friendliness: It's about as kid friendly as any other major fast food chain, with meals specifically for children and I believe a children's menu too. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. It had ramps near the main entrance and plenty of room for a wheel chair from the entrance to where they take your order, a self-serve drink station and the dining room. So there shouldn't be any issue with access for anyone in a wheelchair

Whopper Jr was delicious. Tea and French fries wasn't that good.

Only one window open for placing orders, making payments and delivering the orders. Took 20 min to finish the process for one customer. Had to leave.

Just *tried* to get a simple order of fries and nuggets, mostly because that's the only reasonable thing with how much they've jacked up their prices. Had a woman ask me to hold on "just a moment please." Of course! Noooo problem. Sometimes that's necessary. But after 8 minutes of total silence and no one else still being helped at the window ahead of me, well, it's not necessary anymore. Who knows how much longer it would have been. Two cars had pulled up behind me so I just gave up to let them decide if they wanted to waste more of their own time. Sad thing is it seems that that is exactly what almost every "fast food" location in the greater Nashville area wants us to do now: Just give up and go home. No wonder so many are closing left and right.
