02/01/2024 Ever since they put on that new GM this place is horrible. I would come here almost on a daily basis and never had any issues with the former crew. That lady can’t get anything right. I have to repeat my order several times and I still get my food wrong. I ask her for hot coffee and she gives ice cold coffee, that in reality is more creamer than actual coffee because she can’t even get that right. This lady has absolutely ruined this Burger King, I wish I knew her name so I could put it in this review. She always has a horrible attitude and if she ask her sauce or something, more than likely she’ll just tell you they don’t have any. Horrible horrible horrible service from this lady that’s supposed to be a GM! This is supposed to be a bacon junior burrito and this is what I get. Absolutely horrible!!!! I don’t know how many times I repeated the same thing and then on top of that it doesn’t even look appetizing. It looks like it was just thrown together. This place needs better employees and better management!!!!

Beat burger king ever here in Miami you can tell the difference between corporate and franchise They have everything always net and clean the food tastes different and fresher than other BK. The store manager Veronica I think that’s her name she’s so sweet

The playground area is dirty even if the play area does not get clean? My opinion rings cold as hell then they think they slick by refring the same onion ring um according to the health inspector that's a nono
