I I was hoping for a great start to my morning, but unfortunately, it left a bad impression on me. Upon ordering my food and waiting in line, I decided to check if there were any special offers available at the restaurant. while waiting in the drive-through line, I open the Burger King app & I noticed a coupon for a large hash brown in which I wanted to use. When I reached the window, I politely informed the friendly cashier about my coupon code and requested to use it. She then had to notify her manager Janice , who displayed immediate rudeness upon arriving at the register. She loudly exclaimed, "Customers should inform us about their coupons when they place their orders!" Her attitude made me feel uneasy. While the initial cashier continued to provide excellent customer service, it seemed that her manager lacked the same skills. Perhaps additional training in customer service from corporate or fellow coworkers would benefit her, considering her position as one of the supervisors at this location.
Don't go here for breakfast inside.. their hours on the door are incorrect! They don't serve people inside for breakfast. Just the drive thru.
Me encanta, ampliamente podría recomendar la número 4 que es la que lleva tocino y es una de mis preferidas tiene un sabor rico y un toque de smock.
Quick friendly service for my drive through order. Asking all the needed question for extras attached to my order and not being pushy in the process. Well done morning team.
When do u charge extra for cheese and bacon if u order from the menu and it shows and spells bacon and cheese place is a dam mess and nothing but drug heads working
I honestly didn't want to leave this review, but frankly, people need to be warned. I actually like the food. Burgers are juicy and tasty, fries are hot and steaming, never have a problem with drinks... But oh my God. The dining room is ALWAYS closed. I've tried to visit multiple times in the evening, see that the lights are on and workers are inside, just to pull on the door and see it's locked. It'd be forgivable if they had a sign out, but they seem to just not anymore. If I wanted to go through drive-thru, I would. But I wanted to sit and eat. This used to happen once a month, but now it's any time I drop by. I'm severely disappointed. If it's the lack of workers that you can't keep it open, hire more. If it's laziness, have the decency to put out a sign. I'm really debating ever coming back to this location because of the inconsistency of the dining room.
