Burger King

Got upset over a coupon and didint give me any sauce.

I went through the drive through placed my order. Heard silence said hello. No response after a few more hellos. Get to the window the manger didn’t place my order a manager. So it wasted 15 minutes of my life. No lunch since I had to return to work.

Store says it's open until 1 AM. I got there at 11 PM, saw an employee car in the lot and the lights were on, two cars ahead of me, and some kids on foot. Not one of us was served even after waiting 15 minutes. No sign of the employee. Shouldn't advertise being open to that hour, bad business practice to lie to people.

Clean restaurant. Friendly service. We drive out of our way to go to this Burger King. It is much better than the ones closest to our house.

There outside light found off that it made me past it twice, as I arrived I informed one of the employees that the outside light is all off and that I've lost my way due of the light.

I have been in line at a “fast food restaurant“ for 17 minutes trying to get my order. It is unbelievable how long it is taking these employees to do anything. People are upset, blowing their horn, and the girl at the drive-through only appears sporadically to push something out the window. Do not come here unless you have 30 minutes to set in line at a “fast food “restaurant!

Carla was very rude stating that Burger King closes at 11 when clearly they close at 12. Horrible customer service with a huge attitude. Customer service is not her forte.
