The drive thru has been picking up some better service times. I am just a fan of the burgers, so I'm not judging on the quality and taste of everything else. Oh and though slow, the employees have been a lot friendlier. Always coming back. Just hope they can get me to give a 5. Not far off.
The was my first and my last time going to this BK. Walked in and was immediately hit with the smell of GAS! Told the woman working register and she pointed to her manager in the lobby and told me to let him know as well. When I approached Andrew I apologized for interrupting and informed him that the building smells like there’s a gas leak. He sniffed the air a bit and shrugged “I don’t smell anything” I told him I smelled it as soon as I walked in the doors. Andrew almost in a mocking way, walked out of the building and back in, shrugging at me again”I don’t smell it” before just walking away! Another worker voiced her concern because I wasn’t the only customer TODAY to tell them! Absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager! His first instinct should be to open all doors and windows and CALL A TECHNICIAN not shrug and walk off! To the women working there, I’m so sorry people with low intelligence and empathy tend to hold hire positions. You deserve better! Corporate is being notified as well!
The wait is still very long compared to other places. Every time I order a burger, it's warm and not hot. I notice a lot of staff turnover, so that's not helping. I've grown up loving BK so I keep coming back. Hopefully, they can turn up the quality of food and service. This is a corporate issue that's been lacking for years.
