Takes forever even when not busy... crazy how long it takes.

So doors were locked and no management what do ever in or on property did a online order and couldn't walk In to get it.. lady in drive thru said we needed to cancel the order while she is standing there on her damn phone doing nothing and says she's the only person in the building which I know was a lie.. I want management to contact me before I call the owner of the store

It seems every time I order at this shot hole my order is messed up it’s 3-29-24 and it took this place 2 hours to deliver my food. It was cold nasty and only had one of 3 sandwiches this place is a joke. You got 15 cars in drive thru and 2 employees out side smoking weed hands down THE WORST restaurant in Tippecanoe county. Will definitely be calling corporate

Do not go here!!!! They shorted us on an order, we had the receipt these people are rude and unprofessional they screamed at me and my Dad, they said that we were thieves! When we were the ones that lost the money, and the manager's names were Tammy and Grace. Orders were on Friday and that we can pick it up anytime when we came back in there today they had said our order had been picked up and that there was nothing that they could legally do (running a scam) when she said, and I quote "better luck next time" I lost about $30 on this order if you're looking to lose money this is the perfect place for you to go. do not go here!!!! If I could give this place zero Stars I would!!!!

It took a half hour to get my order people were getting their food before I did so and the manager was very rude. I'm going to call and complain to the store manager about the quality of service I received from there. More than likely I will not be going back.

This location is terrific! After being multiple places for the last few months and never being able to get my sandwich made they don't sell anymore because a lot of people don't remember how to make them Yvonne knew how and made my dream come true. It's been a really bad last couple weeks for me and I literally drove 45 minutes for car parts and Burger King hoping that this place would be able to make a rodeo bacon King like they used to. The food was absolutely perfect and the sandwich was amazing! Friendly people behind the counter made my food lickety split. Definitely my new location

Hot chicken sandwiches and the fries are good. Worth the money since I had a coupon.
