They had the dining room locked at 7:30 and the employees were just sitting up front eating. Went throught the drive thru and was told it was going to be about 20 minutes.. I was the only one here!

Will not do a simple customer request for well done bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. Other Burger Kings I go to ROUTINELY accommodate this request. This is the only one that won't. No wonder their rating is 3.3. Company motto used to be "well do it your way." What a shame. Went over to McDonald's. Spent my money there.

A little strange. Only order via kiosk and only card and exact change. I am not sure if due to staffing or yet again more self checkout.
