Great family friendly atmosphere, food excellent, app work great, issue a small leak in the mens bathroom ceiling from rain , other than that amazing experience
you want bk pick any other store. we waited for 10 minutes with 3 cars in line to put in the order, and then another 10 minutes per car, you can literally cook your own at home faster than this place can. the reviews the past two years are all one star for a reason, this place wouldn't pee on you to extinguish you if you were on fire, that's how pathetic service here is
Have it Some Way -- a Burger King Story I remember when fast food, especially Burger King, was good- all the time. You would be bummed because you had 3 bad fries. I harken back to a bygone era, that our young people should strive for. Let's examine this deeper.. If you sit in the drive through for a half hour, and get fries that are clearly more than a half hour old, what happened? How do they always have fries that old? Does anyone get fresh fries? Why is this the norm? You might suggest the kids making the food simply don't know what they're doing. That is rebutted simply- i guarantee you, the food they cook for themselves on their break is fresh and correct, every day. These days, it seems like there's no point in asking for no pickles, onions, or any special instructions at all. If you do get the burger without mustard, like you asked, it's painfully obvious that the mustard was soaking into your burger for the last 15 minutes before getting haphazardly wiped off and into the trash before being handed over. Is it some secret inside joke to make food as bad as possible? For years now, we have speculated that it's because they don't care, or they're distracted tweeting and ticking and tocking. I mean, why would they ask you what you wanted to drink? It's not important. You probably would have said coke, anyway. Simple statistics, duh. Seriously, we know fast food employees don't care about making half decent food, or they would. Why are they so rude, and so angry? Does making chicken tendies upset them? It used to be because they only made $7/hr, now they make double. It's not that they're understaffed, we've been through covid now, and have seen what skeleton crews truly look like. Is it on purpose? I know there's a solution to the problem. Look at the reviews on this page. Everyone here knows they're going to get horrible food from this Burger King. I've quit going to all fast food, except once a year when i forget how universally bad it is. Almost everyone i know is the same, it's not worth it. Dear Burger King, What can we, your check enabling patrons, do for you? Help us fix the situation, reestablish homeostasis to the fastfood world. Please. We are tired of having it YOUR way.
