Burger King

Great service. Happy friendly employees. David is a Great manager. Helpful and knows his stuff. Fast service. Lobby a bit shabby. But seen recent changes. New paint job in the works. So looks way better. Can't wait to see how the finished lobby comes out.

We repeated our order clearly twice at the speaker, then 3 times again at the window because they had it wrong. Guess what? We still got the wrong order. It was simple: A Whopper, a Jr. Whopper, then a double Whopper without pickles or tomato. We got 3 sandwiches with only ketchup and lettuce on them. It was over 10 minutes as well. There were 3 employees reviewing our simple order, and we couldn't fathom how in the world they still got it wrong.

It's taking me a couple weeks to get over my anger at the atrocious service at this Burger King. Hey, we're on a long road trip and it looks like a quick detour off the highway. Wrong. Traffic here is insane. After 10 minutes we finally got to the drive-thru. Luckily there was one person in front of us. But after about 5 minutes it seemed clear that no one was working the drive-thru. So we parked and went inside. Inside there was two people working the one register. While one person working the grill. After 5 minutes of waiting inside one of the people working the register went to work the drive-thru while the other person went to go fulfill orders. Finally, after about 20 minutes after our arrival we got to order. Turns out they are out of most sodas. Ok. Then we got to see a customer get irate because there's no sauces except ketchup for their chicken strips. I'd be irate too if I ordered chicken strips and wasn't told that they don't have house dressing and only had ketchup. 10 minutes later we got our food. My burger was dried and clearly cooked about an hour ago. Worst Burger King ever.

The cashier was so rude (Cedar/Clinton)asked him name said he didn't have one I will report him!!! If I could minus stars I would (-20)!
