Lady on the phone called me back after two failed calls and automatically assumed I was prank calling the store, instead of just simply asking if I had called and if I confirmed. She could have simply asked if I needed help, and she would know when I called the first two times for some reason there seemed to be technical issues because on my end I didn’t hear anyone say anything back when I said “hello”. Jumping to conclusions and not have a positive attitude won’t get you anywhere in life. I was literally on the app ordering a meal when she called me with that attitude. I decided not even to order . Lost a customer for life.
