This place has lost 7 good assistant manager’s in 7 months due too the GM not helping her store!! The company obviously does not care about this location.

Went on a Saturday night, says they're open til 12 and normal week nights til 11, got there at 8:25, a few cars were already in line ahead of me, a woman comes out screaming they're closed, at 8:30 Thanks for that wonderful service!! NOT.

We ordered online for instore pickup because we had 6 kids with us a didn't want to eat in the car all bunched up , when we get there the lobby is closed and we can't go in I asked them to just refund me and they said since I ordered thru the app they couldn't refund my order ... this is getting ridiculous.... I thought bk was have it your way
