I noticed restaurants are getting too relaxed drivers need to have their hot food bag or the restaurant needs to pack the items up in a more stronger bag so the elements of tamper and complaint. If this driver showed up holding my drink in his hand, I will say that drink is tampered with, and I will request my whole order to be done over again.

About a year or so ago they had a whole different staff and the service was insanely horrible. There was always a long wait and the food was always COLD and tasted like it been sitting there all day. FAST forward to present time. The new staff has completely changed the place. The food is always fresh and warm. Considering the amount of customers, the wait isn’t so bad. Huge kudos to the new management and staff!
