Today I ordered food and spent over $30 and everything was wrong and tried to call them. And they forgot some of my food. The phone number doesn’t work.

Food was wrong and cold.. the big girl and the girl with the blonde wig was rude from the speaker to getting my food. Definitely will not go back.

Some people I eat Marcus does not need to be working in a fast food restaurant. Very RUDE!

I had read the negative reviews before going here but decided to try it anyway. I placed a mobile order. When I got to the drive-thru, there was only one car ahead of me (surprising for 5 PM). It was only 7 minutes from when I got to the drive-thru to when I got my food, which I think is very reasonable, considering they're understaffed. The guy at the window was very friendly. The food was good by Burger King standards and reasonably priced. (The app seems to have decent rewards.) I also like how they have "value" options, like a drink or fries for $1. I didn't give a 5 rating because I wasn't blown away by the food, but as I said, it was solid by Burger King standards!

Dietary restrictions: I ordered double whopper with cheese with only pickles and no bun. They gladly made it and it was good

I've been going to this burgerking for about a year now. They have a "manager" who is extremely rude, rolls his eyes, and he will talk to you with very little respect, if that. Just avoid this location, extremely long lines, consistently long waits. Customer service if the right crew is in you'll be fine but if this "alleged manager" is at worst working drive thru like he was today, then get ready to get disrespected, oh yeah and he refused to give me a receipt but I went online to file a complaint. I'm expecting to be contacted by someone higher than this store manager.

I had a credit card. I was required to use the kiosk. I could not figure the kiosk out so I left without eating.
