Siempre pienso que es lamentable que en países latinoamericanos se cuide la marca con un servicio exelente, comida perfecta, limpieza de los restaurantes PERO ACA EN USA DONDE SE CREO LA MARCA ES UN DESCUIDO TORAL, PESIMO SERVICIO, SUCIEDAD TOTAL, EL CAJERO DESPACHA LA COMIDA, ATIENDEN CUANDO LES DA LA GANA, A LOS EMPLEADOS NO LES IMPORTA LA CLIENTELA. I always think that it is unfortunate that in Latin American countries the brand is taken care of with excellent service, perfect food, cleanliness of the restaurants BUT HERE IN THE USA WHERE THE BRAND WAS CREATED IT IS A TOTAL NEGLECT, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TOTAL DIRT, THE CASHIER DELIVERS THE FOOD THEY WORK WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE, THE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

Mold everywhere on ceiling roof leaks everywhere water pouring on the ground while trying to order just had to turn around and walk out after the pipe started leaking on the person infront of me. Black mold was everywhere on the ceiling. Staff is nice but the store is falling apart never eating here.

Ordered a bacon Swiss chicken. Got a plain chicken sandwich

This place is shabby inside. Roof leaks, folks hitting the soda machine to make it work. Missing baseboard tiles. Holes in the walls. Noticed my last review here was 4 years ago. Probably be a while before I come back.

Went through drive through. Order was not verified and was incorrect. When I got home (3 miles) the food was completely cold. No warmth at all. The cheese didn't even try to melt.

The staff was very unfriendly and had the ability to make the other person feel bad.

Just went through the drive through to get some cheesy tots. Judy was working the window and was so sweet and kind!

After repeating my order three times in the drive-thru, the order was still WRONG! No ice in my beverage, that was NOT requested. Ordered cheese on my sandwich, none! Ordered onion rings instead of fries, received fries. Tried calling the location to report the issue, no answer after 16 attempts. I was there 12.28.23 between 2:30 - 3:00pm. NEVER again! Oh, and NO receipt.

Slow. Food was hastily thrown together and the fries were lukewarm warm.
