There’s 2 workers here 1 guy and 1 girl her name starts with KH I think. the girl are so unprofessional and rude with all the customers and she’s ready to fight with anyone say anything she doesn’t like

Terrible customer service, I had a coupon for two chicken sandwiches for 8.99, instead they took off 7 dollars and charged me 20 for two chicken sandwhiches. 0/10 don’t come here

This BK is really great. The 3 crew members on 01/22/22 09:30pm told me that they wre out of everything I ask for. The next day l explained the situation to Mgr. Tonya. She made everything right by offering me 65% off my next order. Only because of mt. Tonya will I be back......

I just wanted to take a second and apologize to the gal working the counter today. I'm really sorry that I inconvenienced you. I could see that your texting was very important and you didn't really have time to do your job. I apparently upset you so bad you tossed my burger in the bag across the counter, snapped your eyes at me, then stuck your face right back in your phone. I realize your work capability stops at fast food. I do hope your day gets better, and give the old truck drivers a break. We don't like you either. And clean that dump up.
