Whoever the manager is …you’d best give Mitzi a raise because not only was it Valentine’s Day, you guys were understaffed as well. It was super busy and she was the only one up front working and doing the drive thru. But you know what….. she had a smile and was friendly and accommodating and super helpful. I can’t imagine how stressful working there can be, especially in those circumstances. Thanks Mitzi !

Actually really good service and fast too. The fries are never hot and fresh though. Very disappointing

It’s a shame this BK owner just spent so much money remodeling the store. Their service still is so poor. This is not a normal BK store and the crew here just don’t care and you should be expected to wait and wait and wait and wait! Horrible service. Did I tell you about how you will wait and wait and wait some more? Good luck. Order at your own risk.

I have had good and bad service at this location. But tonight was the best I had in long time. I went in the drive through. And the young lady was so professional with taking my order and reading it back to me. Once at the window so was happy to help me with my gift card and paying the balance with debit card. This location at night normally has kids that are only there for a check and don’t care. But tonight I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Also can’t wait to see the it once the remodel is done. Parking: Even if you don’t get a spot in front of the store it’s not that far to walk.

La atención es pésima, el lugar es sucio , se supone que cuando hay gente la demora es lógica pero acá no hay clientes y se demoran en atenderte y darte la comida ! Los empleados usan el teléfono y no se dan cuenta que las papa fritas se están cocinando y las notan porque no prestan atención! Osea pésima atención a todo !
