Burger King

1st of your staff is extremely rude when confronted about our meal being wrong the cashier copped an attitude!!! Very ugly and mocking my wife about her missing cheese and onion rings.. This is unacceptable!!

I own 13 burger king locations so I know how it's supposed to operate. I will see to it that this location gets shut down since nothing is changing.

I literally just drove through this Burger King I ordered a Patty melt classic didn't even check my order which is my fault but I left Open it app when I got to my destination and it was a fried chicken wrap. Not only that but I was craving the frozen Coke and of course the machine was out Very very disappointed I tried to call them and of course the phone is busy all the time I will never go back.

The manager here is racist towards everyone else unless you're Hispanic. Beware of them, they'll mess your order up and laugh at you and speak Spanish, thinking you won't understand them. Duh this is Texas and most ppl born here are at least somewhat bilingual and they said horrible things.

Ate the Impossible Whopper...

By far the worst service I ever had I ordered food and didn’t get all my food and then the nuggets I ordered waznt even cooked all the way and then I went back to show the manager the undone food and she laughed and at that point I just wanted my money back and they said come back in the morning so I went back the next morning and explained everything to the manager she told me to call customer service and I will never in my life eat at bk again anyone of them and I’m filing a lawsuit right now against them

The worst of the worst

My burger was missing the bacon so I took it back. They tried to add bacon to the burger they originally gave me, but I told them it was cold now. She seem irritated I had to keep telling her what ingredients should be on my burger. The cook was confused as to what I wanted on the burger, because she doesn’t speak or read English. She has to rely on the order taker to tell her what’s on each ticket. Mine was a custom order. It should’ve been a simple task since they were only putting on Swiss instead of cheddar. I will never stop here again. I just want to order my food without drama.

The new chicken wraps are TINY! 3 1/2 bites for $3. Not worth the $3 price at all. Tasty but TINY!
