Placed an online pickup order 10 minutes before I got there, was told it will be a while because they had other orders to do. Sat there for about 20 minutes and left. I literally drove 5 miles to subway, got home and the order on the Burger King app is still being processed.
Great food quick service!. Update: 3 years later! Waited 5 minutes to be looked at and ignored. Do they not expect customers do you need assistance? They don't care to look at me and didn't say a word. Rude! Look at me and not even acknowledge that I am not a ghost? I guess I'll go to McDonald's.
Will never go back…. Ordered 10 minutes prior on app showed up in drive thru and told them we are here to pick up and not very inviting got the response yeah you are going to have to come in… we say okay and head in and the doors are locked everything is closed… we go back into the drive tru and she said I didn’t know they closed it yet.. I guess go through the drive thru but it’s going to be awhile we have a lot of orders…. With only 4 cars including us there… we ordered for four people and they considered us a huge order and can’t announcing to everyone we have a huge order it’s going to be awhile… like what? We wait for over a half hour and the line never moved we left and didn’t even receive our order. Paid and got nothing never going back…. Horrible atmosphere and rude service….

Most of the time, I enjoy going to this Burger King, not today. My order was taken promptly, but it took 10 minutes to be fulfilled. There we many others also waiting for their food. As I was eating my food, two employees in the back were having a very loud heated verbal spat. The manager kept screaming "Stop, that's enough". Over and over. It finally ceased, but a few minutes later it started up again. If I were the manager I would have fired them both on the spot, or at least sent them home to cool off. When I left there were at least 10 people in line waiting to order, 5 waiting for their food, and as I got outside the line of cars for the drive thru was reaching Ulmetron ave. I think, at the end of the day, the Manager has lost control over the store. Dave
Not the first time I've shown up, 11pm, says open to 1am. No one answers at drive through , no one answers the phone
