Burger King

Pricey but good

Order coffee and a hashbrown on line but pick it up inside and not drive through or they bring it out to me and I ate it inside. Try to get a little more coffee, but they told me since I order on line ,I don't get refill . Guess it will be the 1st and the last time I'm coming to this Burger King. And I love Burger King over other fast food place . But this restaurant change my mind . Loss a customer over a small cup of coffee , not a smart thing to do .

Well I'd tell you about the atmosphere but when I walked a mile in the rain to go get my food I was locked out. Then the teenagers running the store read my order wrong gave me the sandwiches for my meals and told me I didn't order meals. Lovely. Oh and of course there was no fries. Was TOTALLY worth the time I spent to go here. I live next to a McDonald's..... I CA. Live without yalls food. I used to order have yall delivered all the time.... but honestly if you can't do fast food work find another job. Please. Cuz I wanna be nice to fast food workers and I almost lost my mind on yall. Grow up. You work in Chicago ball up and open that door.

10/21/23 Excellent food and a nice clean restaurant. Food was hot and fresh. I may be rambling off the subject here, but the management handled a delicate situation with grace and ease. A homeless man kept trying to go back by the kitchen area, and management and staff kept a cool head and handled the situation quite appropriately, while continuing to do a good job and serve the customers. I was really impressed with how tight the lead crew and management were. They really came through a difficult time and showed their strength as well-trained employees. They did not show fear or annoyance with this man. Rather than my husband and I be put off by the situation (we were eating in at the time), I was impressed with the way the restaurant handled it. Good job! (I used to be a nurse's assistant in a Psychiatric nursing home. These flare ups and mishaps happened with patients all the time, so I understand. Clearly, this man was not well). I therefore give this restaurant and crew five stars..... Parking: Number of spots

Called for 10 min straight no one answered the phone.

Always great service and food hot
