Burger King

I gave it a 3 star for service only because I asked for no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes in it.

One of the better Burger Kings in Brooklyn. The lunch crew is awesome! Great customer service and fast!

I wish management / corporate would invest in upgrading locations in urban areas. The McDonald's on Utica Ave is on point. Our people deserve quality, friendly service - #every time! Parking: None!

I almost ordered until the lady at the cash register opened her mouth her teeth where layered with plaque & tarter,she rushed me to make my order ! Was just rude,,, I didn’t bother to continue ordering, I went somewhere else,,,Ain’t nobody got time for that

I've lived in this neighborhood for 17 years, and I've been coming to this Burger King when it was down on marcy and fulton when it was a drive-through, where TD Bank is now. Back then, the food and service were good. When they moved to the location to where it is now near the train station is when it got horrible. I've NEVER had a good experience here, and I keep giving them another chance, but after today, I'll never step foot into this location again. First off, the bathroom is ALWAYS out of order. Second, the people that work there hate working there, including the short older black woman with the glasses who's been working there forever. Horrible interactions with customers. Every single order that was placed today was wrong. Third, it takes 20 to 30 mins to get a simple order, and they never do them in order. 6 people got their order before I did, and I placed my order first, then they got an attitude when I inquired about my order. The kiosk situation isn't working there. They can't incorporate it accordingly with online or counter orders. This store needs to close and they should retrain the staff or hire a whole new one. One thing for sure I will never ever go into this location of Burger King again. Skip this spot and head down to McDonald's instead.

Burger has no flavour, and the meat is not fresh. The fries are ok.
