I like their hamburgers period especially the whopper. But the only complaint is they put too much mayonnaise and ketchup on their burgers.
They have wonderful customer service and they are very nice
Stopped in for a Whopper meal on Sat (March 16) around 4pm. Everything was great. They young lady at the front seemed very professional and hard-working. Veggies on the burger were fresh. Keep up the good work, y'all!
I don't know if it's poor training or poor attitudes, but the guy that ran the front for the time we were there obviously didn't wanna be there. We asked questions about allergy information and he initially refused to answer. It wasn't until we clarified that it was because of my wife's allergies that he actually asked someone.( they also did not know). After our transaction had completed ( @9:05) and we were waiting for our order to complete, (whom I can only assume was the manager) finished our sandwiches and stepped off for a minute (bathroom? Understandable) meanwhile no change had occurred at the store. Sandwiches made and sitting on the warming table, just needed to be bagged, no cars through the drive though, no new guests inside. No effort from lost puppy front end worker to bag our order and insted chose to play with my wife's sandwich (tossed it around and left it). Manager returns, a couple cars make it in and out of the drive through. Then the manager ask the front end worker what's going. He doesn't know. Finally Bags our order and forgets one of our fries. We did not get out of that store till 9:30. Dietary restrictions: Food is good for those who can't have corn. Too bad about the service.
The man in the front had no idea what was going on we saw our order finish and stood there waiting for about 20 minuets before the worker in the back asked him what he was doing. They weren’t waiting on fries or anything. Then when we got our order he forgot one of our fries we got there shortly after 9pm and didn’t get our food, a to go order, till 9:31pm. There is no excuse we were the only ones in there and the drive through was almost empty there were maybe three cars in that time and they got their food before us. It would have been fine if they were attentive but the man in front was hiding in a corner and appeared to be on his phone. If I could give less than one star I would. We were order number 75 if management wants to look it up, or cares.
They refuse to help you with their app. Will not accept any coupons if they won’t pull up on their app and will say we don’t work the app so nothing we can do. They would rather lose business than help someone. Avoid all in Bowling Green. They Suck!!!!!!
This Burger King is the best in town
