Excellent service

The woman in charge, a fat black lady (pardon), is the rudest person I have met in a long time!! Get that lady out of the service industry!!!

I ordered whopper and chicken nuggets and it was great. It looks and taste delicious. Service is not great, it is slow but better than before. I love BK specially it's whopper.

They weren't busy, they didn't get my food as I requested, the area by the fountain drinks needed cleaning

Worst bk I've ever been to.

This is the third time I come to this restaurant and tried to place my order through the drive-thru. It was not even 10:20pm and this time around someone finally answered and said "Hold on" and I waited and waited and this guy never came back on. Now I know where not to spend my money and time. What a beautiful way to bring a business down the hill

The worst service ever! Lady on Drive thru speaker absolutely did not want to be there. Rude is understatement!!! She shouted at us when we came to window. Then she ignored our request for Ketchup! If looks could kill, we'd be casualties of late night drive-thru at BK. Here, you cannot have it your way, and we don't RULE...the commercial doesn't apply here!
