Muy bueno no esta tan mal la atención al cliente

After being completely ignored and then given the wrong drink completely and then ignored again and then given the wrong drink again and cold food all because the cashier wanted to talk to the other employees and and respond to the crass jokes of the off duty employee. The owner must be ashamed because they don't even have their name on the restaurant

So happy I came here for an early morning snack. Burger was super fresh and hit the spot. Had to leave a great review!

Not as fast food as others fast foods. They were a little slow tbh. Food.was food tho

I live less then 5 min away from this location the food is ok but I can never recommend going here the drive threw is always a mess and the orde taker can never seem to get the order right no matter what. I asked for the new ghost pepper chicken fries with the new ghost whopper. Paid, got to the window no whopper, but it wasn't on my receipt so I went inside thinking ill order one at the counter instead was told they were OUT of ghost pepper whoppers and the guy just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. This is one of many examples why I just dont t don't go here anymore. And that sucks alot, I used to stop here every morning with my kids on their way to school to get hasbrowns and a burrito, but the attitude, rudness zero effort and lack of customer focus.... I just can't any more. Maybe one day it will close and we'll get a better "restaurant" with better quality "employees" this place has really really gone down hill or I'm a total male Karen that expects too much. My wife has zero problems here with door dash though so there is that.... ‍

I had ordered a spicy BK chicken Royal sandwich combo and I had received a cut in half original chicken sandwich with spicy sauce, I also asked for a cherry surge and I got a coke. They also charged me for a chicken sandwich that they didn't have instead they gave me a $5 chicken patty to replace the $11 sandwich I had ordered.they weren't busy at all, there was only one other person in front of us. (Drive thru) the man on night crew said he was a manager and then we spoke to another employee and she confirmed he was not a manager, that infact, their manager left around 1am.
