The lady with the red dreads was soo high off some hard drugs at the register it was crazy…. This is why I don’t go out. Life can be so sad sometimes

I recently visited Burger King with high hopes for a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by exceptionally poor customer service. Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a disorganized and chaotic atmosphere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in providing adequate service. Despite a short queue, it took an unreasonable amount of time to place my order, with employees appearing more focused on socializing than attending to customers. When it finally came time to order, the cashier displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They seemed indifferent to my questions and requests, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Furthermore, the order was incorrectly processed, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration. To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Tables were dirty, floors were littered with trash, and there was a noticeable lack of effort in maintaining basic hygiene standards. Despite attempting to voice my concerns to a manager, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment. Overall, my experience at Burger King was incredibly disappointing due to the abysmal level of customer service. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to others.

Place is absolutely disgusting employees are lazy an make there own hours there own menu and just steal money from people. They literally marked my wrapper with how I ordered it then still made it wrong on two of them. I then went back through the drive thur to get it fixed not even 5 mins later and they said they were outta meat an closed but Google says 24 hour also made me place my order on the app an not thur the drive thur and said they don't sell shakes but it's all over there menu lol!!! And now to get refunded I've gotta go through the app instead of dealing with humans absolutely absurd . DONT GO HERE EVER!!

I stop by four days ago I really understand now why my order be wrong when I go through it really slowly.The staff at this Burger King have demeanor like they're high on some type of drugs and when your order wrong and you try to tell them, they get an attitude I recommend no one to eat at this Burger King because the place is filthy and they are always understaff and you have to wait long in line to buy food that's not right....NO THANKS!!

They got our entire order wrong here and the people taking the order were extremely rude. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spat in it too

This Burger King is the worst of the Burger King I went to I am à uber driver and was needing to use the restroom befor place my ordre the restroom was lock and some body told me that a manager have a key . So I just ask to open the door for me I need to use the restroom but she say she's not working there . She's said she is working to a other store . What she was doing there at this time with her Burger King uniform. I know why they doing this because homeless people. I think is note faire they are humans been like us and they need to be treated like humans been . How can make life better with all those wicked people.
