Burger King

9 times out of 10 you guys love to say you are out of the mushroom melt in the middle of dinner. Or melts in general for that matter. You love to say youre out of wraps alot as well. Whoever works sandwiches at night cant read english and put no tomato on wraps if there even are any! The sandwiches are right but never the wraps. Whoever puts the tomatoes also puts a teaspoon of spicy sauce on the wraps. REALLY? so stingy. You hike up the price of food to pay these people to make it WRONG, be stingy, rehash the fries, and be out of it all the time. The guy that does D.T. at night is the only awesome thing about the new remodel. Everything else is ridiculous.

Like the remodel and the double drive through. The inside is dirty and hard to find a clean table

7:15 am - no one watching front counter for customers, I had to yell "hello" to get someone's attention. Counter person very unfriendly, bordering on rude. Couldn't provide a receipt for the purchase due to paper problem with machine and didn't seem to care or even apologize. Food was not prepared fresh, (Pre-wrapped, sitting in pass thru) and was only luke warm

fries were cold, double bacon cheeseburger was old patties; found hairs in the burger. Never eating here again

Went to try the Swiss mushroom melt and this is what I got??? In the commercials the bread looks nice and toasty this looks like it didn't get toasted at all... And the amount of salt that was on our fries was absolutely atrocious

Always have a great experience at this Burger King. Order is always correct. Had one experience once where there was a little miscommunication - we said fry but the drive through person heard sprite. Was super easy to get that cleared up and employees were very kind about it. Can’t recommend this location enough, best in the area!

Got my order wrong in the Drive-Thru. Of course I got home to find out I just got ripped off. Too cold to go back out and try to recover the wrong order. I'm kind of a scorched Earth individual. So long story short you guys lost my business. Good luck

Possibly the worst ever experience at a BK. Had lunch with a friend and I ordered unsweetened tea. I was given a cup and directed to the ice machine/soda fountain, where there is no tea of any kind. I went back to the counter and was then given a cup of iced tea with artificial sweetener. I tried to explain I am not able to drink ANY sweetener due to allergies and restrictions. Their solution was to give me yet another artificially sweetened tea, this one lemon flavored. At this point the entire crew was ignoring me. One associate walked backwards to the fountain area, presumably to avoid eye contact. I will contact corporate directly since this crew desperately needs help understanding unsweetened means NO sweetener, artificial or sugar. They also need to understand ignoring paying customers is no way to build a clientele.
