Absolutely terrible … bad food, poor service, dirty tables … price of a restaurant meal …

Pleasant young boy behind the counter , ordered burger and fries, premium price delivered a small box of nice fries and a tiny bun with a meat patty but nothing else, no salad no pickle no sauce...won't be ever buying bk again

23/12/2023 All staff are young kids completely untrained for a busy week and service. All orders are messed up. Premium price. Burger King should be ashamed by this location and service. Avoid. Nightmare Burger King. Sorry.

Just ordered from here, spent £45 on 4 meals and a burger, arrived missing two meals. Firstly for £45 I could have taken my family out for a meal for an extra £10, for it to then arrive just 2 meals and a burger, tried to contact the driver to no avail and tried to contact the restaurant and couldn’t get through either. Poor service, poor customer service, over priced no deal. Would not recommend

Landed after flying back from a break with the kids, was a bit late, so no time to consider anything other than feeding them at a services, which is usually going to mean more expensive, but with the franchises - decent consistent food. Except this time. Took the kids burgers back once, after they ate half (because I told them to not be silly and eat thier dinner) because the food was stale. Got 2 replacement burgers for them, and genuinely surprised, they were stale too! The answer I got after requesting the server to literally feel the hard, stale bun, was that 'yeah that happens when the pack has been open for a while'... Not thrilled. Eventually got 2, actual fresh burgers. Seems like Burger King management might need to make the time to visit.

Insanely busy, only two workers. Waited 40 mins for our food, which all came cold

Waited over 20 minutes for my order. People who came in after us got their meals before we did. I went and asked where my order was to be told there was an error. No sorry or anything. Waited another 10 mins before we got our meal. I asked to speak to the manager who said there was a glitch in the ordering. Still no sorry just a smirk. Won't be using Burger King again

No military discount because it's a franchise? Poor!

I'm done with motorway service burger kings. I made 1 simple order of 20 vegan Nuggets and they couldn't even get that right. 17 Nuggets were given, and they had obviously been sitting around for ages, very chewy and not nice and fresh. They wrote "20 vegan Nuggets" on the box, I wonder if they knew it wasn't 20 and hoped their power of suggestion would work. So for these 17 old Nuggets, I paid ~£7.49. At normal burger kings I can get 20 Nuggets for £3.99 using one of the app offers which is always available, which is still not great value for money, but they are one of the best vegan Nuggets around (when they haven't been sitting out for hours), so I'm willing to stretch to that now and then. But another thing is at least I can get some loyalty points at normal burger kings, yet no such luck at motorway services. Tonight's experience has put me off burger king altogether for the foreseeable future.
