They add 18% auto tip on any check. Crazy.
The food is great. This cashier doesn't no to much math. Grand total $20.63 I gave $7.00 she asked me" is that correct ". What a stupid question. I pull out my phone and did the math it came out correct, but the cashier should not ask question to a customer . They should know what there doing. If this knows or just being stupid.
Incredibly bad and limp fries . Tasted worse than McDonald’s . $17 for a very basic cheeseburger . No thanks
This has got to be some of the worst food I have ever had at any of the airports I have traveled through, and I have flown through many airports from Asia, The Middle East, Latin America, Europe (East and West), The Pacific Islands, Russia, and mant more.
Overpriced, needed salt , cold burger. I should have gone to McDonalds.
Burger was okay. Super expensive - but that is expected at LAX. Fries tasted a bit old and had no salt, but the line moved fast and the orders came out quick.
This place deserves a. 0 star. The first thing you will notice is the rude cashier and overall tone of the inconvenience you as the customer are causing. Now she will take your order but good luck getting your change. Now you can get your change but you have to hunt down the manager. Wierd the box there in the front has no change. While I stood waiting I listened to others express their concern over the bad business practice of this establishment. Truly unprofessional rude service, now the burger was slamming but be ready the service sucks and they steal money from customers but they make good burgers.
