Saw the pictures online of these burgers, so I just had to give them a try. Got the custom cheeseburger and loaded fries. The burger itself was definitely not Angus beef, as the menu says. It was a cheap frozen Costco or Bubba burger patty. The patty itself had no taste at all and was cooked well done (I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked). I don't think it was even seasoned. It came out super fast and I noticed the bread was a smushed potato bun, the inside burnt to hell. Definitely not the nice sesame bun in the promotional photos. I asked for the burger with everything, but the guy either misheard me or didn't care, because it came with onions, pickles, ketchup, and BBQ sauce (BBQ sauce? Okay, weird). All I could taste was the sauce and pickles. The loaded fries were okay at best. The fries themselves are nice, but drenched in nuclear cheese and topped with some lazily, quick, barely cooked bacon. Nothing special. Just these two items were $18 (without drinks) which is so ridiculous, when I can get a WAY better burger at McDonald's or Burger King. Avoid this place.
