Terrible, siempre vamos toda la tarde esperando que esté abierto porque tienen un horario en la puerta que nunca cumplen.

Terrible attitude from the person at the front desk. When I asked her if I could have some ketchup, she said it would cost extra. Sucks when a business is brought down by the staff that doesn't care

Food was okay and the place really needed some love. They’ve got great menu options, but just need to up their game a bit! They even had good vegetarian options too

Customer service so very poor Monday through Wednesday supposed to open at 1 PM to 12 AM Thursday to Friday 1 AM to 2 AM. I’ve been standing outside for 30 minutes one guy come from the back and wave his hands insinuating that there are closed but the door states that they are open from 1 PM to 12 AM Monday to Wednesday and today is a Thursday.

Literalmente las mejores hamburguesas que probé. Fui personalmente a felicitar a Julian, el cocinero. Increíble. Volvería mil veces más sin dudarlo

I received my bowl and it wasn’t quite right so I asked for a replacement if possible they threw my bowl in the trash and then served me the exact one after taking it back out of the trash .Ive never had any worse service in my Life ! No one is even working and the girls were so rude.I love the doral location but this was a waste of time and money.Couldn’t believe this
