We have been visiting Buon Giorno for over twenty years. The new location is welcoming and vibrant. The staff are engaged and very helpful. Food is delicious! Always look forward to visiting Buon Giorno Certainly a Calgary gem

My absolute favorite ❤️ this is when a vibrant atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food and wine selection come together. I have celebrated my birthday just yesterday and we didn’t make a prior reservation as it was a Monday evening and I must tell you don’t do the same. The place was extremely busy and there were only 2 tables available, luckily. Our server was the best always there to attend, to advise and make sure our glasses were never empty. Grate attitude and always with a smile. Honestly this is the busiest restaurant I’ve seen in Calgary and after my first visit I see why. Definitely will be back and will recommend to my friends. We got Risotto fruti di mare and Pollo parmigiano con fettuccini, calamari and bruschetta - everything was delicious and the portions were huge. I could only finish half if the risotto. The only suggestion I have is to change the tiramisu sponge cake to a traditional recipe, that’s the only thing I didn’t like as was expecting a traditional Italian tiramisu dessert.
