Bully's Sports Bar & Grill

My last review I gave this restaurant and bar 5 stars. I used to patronize this bar daily. The food was always good and the service was fantastic. When the manager was moved to the Sparks store things began to change. The senior bartenders that provided the best service complained about the new manager and started quitting. Service went downhill. I decided to try them again recently. The latest bartender provides bad service and is rude. I ordered a burger and it literally came with nothing on it! I have ordered this burger here scores of times and it always came out perfect with other bartenders. Of the thousands of burgers I have ordered in my life this is the first time I got a burger with nothing on it - on a to go order. Ridiculous. I talked to the manager and he didn't take any responsibility for the employee he hired and trained. He said he would look into it and call me back, he did not. This is clearly a management problem at this store. Avoid south Reno Bully's. Go to the one in Sparks with a good manager. Update: ordered food for delivery from grubhub. French dip came with no dip. UFB.

What a weird vibe! Felt like the waiver was pissed I showed up! When you sit down and order a meal, it's annoying when it shows up in a brown bag..

Went with my best friend on a Saturday night. It was really busy and lively but very organized . We found a great table in the corner and were greeted quickly by our server. I could tell she was new, but she really made it easy for us to take our time to look at the menu and order our drinks. We ordered the fried zucchini while we were figuring out what we wanted for our meal. We got a great recommendation and placed our orders. Everything was fluid, and the food was fresh and hot. The service was really good and very friendly. This was a great experience, and I would make this a go-to for sure.

Burger was amazing. Service was prompt, and I was checked on for refills. Bully' Burger is massive and you will leave feeling stuffed. Highly recommend this place for a bite to eat.

Great place for kids and adults for breakfast, lunch , or dinner. They have a game room for the kids and a bar for adults. Food was great. Had breakfast burrito. It was so big I brought half home. Went back for lunch. We had the chicken wings and pizza delicious.

Really good food at very agreeable prices, genuinely friendly service, my favorite neighborhood haunt. Faves: Pizza, Greek salad, Chicken-fried steak Wheelchair accessibility: Right at the door.

Ordered on doordash and had a little issue. The manager Zoey did a great job fixing the problem. And she was very nice
