Updated 2024.02.04 This location appears to be more spacious than the downtown location. The atmosphere is somewhat noisy due to the game machines located on the same level. The place was fairly dirty as the patrons are not tidy, not picking up after themselves, leaving the place in need of constantly being cleaned. The staff does not promptly keep the place clean, nor provide correct information. The pizza pricing is somewhat confusing and probably done on purpose. There's pricing for the basic plain, build your own, and separate pricing for their specialty pizzas. Beware that their pricing escalates fast as the pizza size increases. They charge a dollar for a pizza box to go, add-on charge of USD 0.60 for a credit card charge, coffee is USD 0.50, free bag of popcorn. Sandwiches and a salad bar is available. Mondays-Fridays 1100-1400 hours, all you can eat 2 topping pizza including soda is USD 12.99 plus tax. On February 9 is national pizza day, pepperoni and cheese pizza USD 4.99 limit 3 dine-in or pickup only. We ordered their specialty pizza garlic veggie supreme plus sausage. It wasn't very long before our order was ready. The crust was thin and soggy. We didn't taste any garlic, there was black olives, green onions, artichoke heart, and added sausage. We didn't care for the black olives, so next time ordering build your own pizza would make more sense.
We ordered our pizza tonight and the man on the phone was acting like we were inconveniencing him. Just rude! When he would ask Sam to repeat what he said, he would sigh and respond with a rude tone. Very unprofessional! Then we received a burn but cold pizza!! Every bite is crunchy and hard to eat. I normally have a great experience from them but not tonight.
