Do Not Go here and Order a Long Island Ice Tea! They tried to give us the pre-made Juice like Long Island Mix. It Tasted like Thick Syrup with no alcohol. But they still will charge you Real Long Island Drink Prices.
If you pay with a credit card be careful because they change up your tip amount to whatever they want ❌
I was there last night with a group a friend’s at the bar enjoying my time waiting for service. I tried to call my friends name and the blonde bartender that was dressed up as Cinderella was very nasty and yelled at me to “relax”. She then came over to me with an attitude and I tried to politely tell her I was not yelling at her I was trying to get my friends attention. From there she said “yeah well you keep waving your card at me” keep in mind…music is clearly playing so I also let her know I in fact was not waving my card at her but dancing to the beat of the music. At that point she didn’t even take my order she proceeded to walk away and serve other people. In my opinion her trying to bring up the fact that I was “waving my card” shows that she acknowledged I was waiting to be serviced and purposely ignored me and then intentionally did not serve me. After the altercation I asked my friends if I genuinely did something wrong because in that case I would have gladly apologized but they all agreed that she was just being rude. As a woman working in the service industry I completely understand that she probably encounters a lot of rude people. But that doesn’t make it okay for her to assume that everyone needs to “relax” I think her attitude and behavior was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. This situation happened at the first bar at the bottom when you walk in. When we went to the top we had an amazing time. I definitely think that girl either needs to learn to provide some better customer service or to maybe just not work in that profession any longer if she feels the need to speak to people like that.
Awesome atmosphere to hang out. I was very impressed with the service and the vibe was definitely lit for a Wednesday. I am so happy this was my spot on my first night visiting Orlando.
Nice bar but be careful with the tip, i clearly tipped $5 for a $14 bar bill but a tip of $10 was taken from my account. Shame
3 stories of fun and bars, just be nice to random people and compliment them and you'll have a group of friends, or private booth access, in no time
