Great food, and very friendly

Came over to try the new mushroom burger . Friends wanted to try it before leaving for a two month trip. The burger was so delicious, warm, tasty and great cheese. Service is always excellent, place is great and very friendly family oriented staff. Thank you all. Dietary restrictions: Plenty options. Parking: Plenty

Services beyond rude. Very argumentative. Restaurant is 75% empty and won't allow us to sit where we want. And wants to argue. Makes the situation feel very uncomfortable and hostile.m

Tonight I had a pick up order and all of their doors were locked. Signs on them saying why they are locked and they knew I was coming because the pick up order states my name. Although, customers were walking out and cars in the parking lot. When I went inside there were several customers dining. Had I not went in after a customer leaving I would not have been able to get in to get my order. I will attach the photo of their signs. "We will be closing at 10pm due to facility work that is being performed.... Etc..".

This place is very gross. Needs a major cleaning. On a lighter note, our server Deonta was fantastic!

Really a pretty sad excuse for dinner at a restaurant thats usually reliably one of our favorites. The wait staff at this location were slow and inattentive, and the food was barely warm coming out of the kitchen. Don't even bother ordering the pretzel appetizer here either, they gave us maybe a full tablespoon of cheese to enjoy the entire plate with. Had to ask to get any more water for our table as well.
