Buffalo Wild Wings

3.5 hrs on our last visit, not by choice. - waitress had a terrible attitude - we had to ask for refills EVERY time. - asked for napkins and was ignored - my daughter's order wasn't placed, and we had to wait 30 mins for 6 wings. Need to focus on TRAINING and hire people that really want to work!!

This place sucks now.. go to lazy dog.. use to be cool.. staff and food has gone down hill.. clean that dump up... management sucks now too..

Great place to have good food and watch sports!

We waited for 30 minutes for a table and then when we got sat we had to wait 20 minutes for him to take our drink orders and he took 10 more minutes just to bring our drinks. After he took our order he hid in the corner or the restaurant after a hour he brought or food out with dry cold wings with 2 dirty forks (there was four of us) we ended up getting everything comped but it was a complete waits of 2 hours and our server was a man with gages and a long beard it was the worst service I’ve ever had.

Honestly, this location just needs to close. The best thing I had was my Dr Pepper. Ordered a burger fries, came out cold. 15 minutes later the wings came out, COLD. Ordered a half order of potato wedges never came. The whole place needs to be deep cleaned and seat redone. Sadly the young lady waiting tables was solo. Yes, one bartender. Where was the manager? I just can not say no never again enough. Paid our bill, tipped our young lady 20. Left and went to chili's.

Order 40 wings Togo. The wings when we got home were only 1/2 tossed in their sauce. The Togo container was totally soggy and hard to move. The celery had rotten ends. I felt like mismanaged operations. I was very disappointed. I will probably never go back.

This place sucks they rip you off on your fries. You oder online and have to wait 20mins after your pick up time just to get to the counter because they are unorganized it feels like your at a bar trying to oder a drink just to tell the lady at the counter your name. Then when you finally get you food your drinks will be flat and your food is ice cold smh this place is sad

Barley any sauce on anything.

This was the final time that I will order from BWW in Thornton. The last three times that I have ordered from there, they short my order every time. Today, I ordered online at 4:00 pm for a 5:30 pm pickup. They did not even start my order until I gave them my name. 20 minutes later, my order came and once again 3 items were missing from my order. The person working the counter seemed very irritated that I asked for the missing items, Do yourself a favor, go to Wing Stop. At least go to a different location.
