Buffalo Wild Wings

Came here for lunch for my partners birthday. We got 2 lunch combos - we were never brought our drinks or our sides of carrots and celery. Further, we were not brought any napkins, nor was there was there anyone around to ask. I feel like at a wings place having napkins on the table might be wise. There was also no paper towel in the woman's washroom, so I guess if you get saucy wings you're in a sticky situation.

We did not eat at restaurant as it was very noisy. We did take away. We ordered 2 large orders of wings and when we got home our order was all wrong. We got boneless wings which were like chicken fingers and very dry. Total waste...no one liked them. Please provide an email for costomer serive/manager at your location so we can resolve the issue

Whenever i order using QR, payment gets automatically completed without my intervention, during which tip is set by default to 18% in this case. Having no control over tip. This happened to me thrice.

I got food poisoning from here. Don’t eat here

Delicious wings. It is what you'd expect from a BWW. Plenty of TVs with sports and lots of beer.

Went in to get take out. 20 boneless wings are 24.99, so over a dollar a wing! We ordered 4 flavors and blue cheese to go with. The salt and vinegar ones were dried up and the other one's weren't even warm. This was about 12:30 pm. The blue cheese was like a cheap watery one that lacked flavor. Glad we used a gift card because I would have been very upset wasting money on less than mediocre food for that price!

We came in today hoping to get some food for our children and good customer service but it really failed the one star is only because we had to put something!!! But we waited 30 mins to get a seat and then we see a guy who showed up way after us get seated first and we told the host he said he spoke with them before but we were there 30 mins so I doubt it. They finally seat us and we wait we get no acknowledgment we are there and this waiter asked “ did you guys order food?” As soon as we get up to leave and We said no!! And he said ok bye(very sarcastically) there was no clear management and the kitchen looked flooded with water and lack of customer service but this is a lack of humanity all around the world I guess! But in my book this was the worst experience ever!!we have been to BWW or BDUBZ Multiple Times In california never had an issue???

Best wings in town and the servers are so sweet.
