Update: After speaking with management and being invited back for dinner with my family. I must say Nick and his team made this right in every way possible. The food was absolutely to notch and perfectly on par!! I will go back. Thank you Nick for the wow experience. Went to BBW tonight for the UFC300 fight. I knew it would be busy, but we have gone for fight night many times, so the wait didn't bother us. Ordered apps. When those came to the table we asked for utensils as we were sharing amongst the three of us. He then brought out one entree and one set of utensils for that entree which was severly overcooked. No other untensils. The waiter then walked past us 3 more times to other tables without ever bringing the requested utensils. We had to actually flag him down, and he miraculously remembered we had asked for them. By this time the Dirty Tots were cold, so we asked for a remake on them. I was willing to overlook that one because we have all been there before. We got our entrees a few minutes later. More disappointment. My mushroom swiss burger was missing the mushrooms all together. I decided it was time to speak with the manager on duty. She apologized and sent it back to the kitchen to be remade. Keep in mind we still have not received the Dirty Tot remake. I walked back to my table to silently watch my daughter finish eating and my husband be more than halfway through his meal. So much for eating with my family and enjoying the fight. Ten minutes later, here comes the tots and utensils. They taste good so I'm not as upset at this point. Next the remake for my mushroom swiss burger comes out. Once again I am left utterly disappointed by the lack of care th a t went into making this correctly. It was severely overcooked, lacked the condiment, and only had a small sprinkle of mushroom. I was so upset and disappointed that we didn't even stay for the rest of the fights. We came for the fights and food but this experience left us all wishing we had just ordered a pizza and paid for the fight at home.

I Love this PLACE so much I'm a regular here! my favorite location of all locations here in SA and California everything is always fresh! Most importantly the best customer service! Everyone is always wonderful especially Kayla my favorite bartender who is no longer here and Derek, who's the sweetest! I no longer see many faces I miss them but the newbies are nice. Trivia games are awesome and fun! Parking: Buffalo Wild Wings has its own parking space for all guests all around! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of televisions around with different sports games and music playing. Big tables for families and smaller tables for Smaller parties, and of course we have the bar area for my singles Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available right up front, flat pavement for the handicapped and of course you will always get accommodated inside

I just completed what you needed on 15 Apr 248am. I posted the wrong receipt but I will find my order. The receipt I included was from when I was at the bar waiting for my order I think this is the one I ordered from yesterday. The one I went to was close to Olive Garden and the Petsmart/Target/Best Buy Plaza with other eats and shops. In my whole life I have never had this happen until yesterday. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. They have really gone down and or just lazy. I ordered 10 wings, 4 traditional/plain and the other 6 divided by 2 for different flavor sauces. First of all the girl couldn't count , second, she wasn't listening so I had to repeat the order several times and lastly, I got the wings opened them and all were plain wings with the sauce on the side. So why was she confused when I was ordering if they were giving all plain wings and just sauce on the side?? The wings are supposed to be cooked in the sauce like at other BWW. A guy before me who ordered looked in his bad and said how I am gonna tell ‘em apart, probably bc he got all plain wings as well and forgot to check the bag for sauce cups. This location I will never go to again I was so angry I just left and gave my dog the wings. Wings were not even seasoned with salt or pepper. Just disgusting!

Same greeters never manning the station and they leave half the tables empty.... someone tell them COVID protocols are done. Service keeps getting worse and seems like management could care less

Food was good. Our bartender Loveleen made me a great Scooby Snack drink, just like the one i make at home.

Well managed for carry out. Nothing missing, everything well packed. Everyone knows how rare that is nowadays. Good job BWW
