Buffalo Wild Wings

Came here tonight after a pretty awful experience at another Bdubs in town. The manager (didn’t catch their name) hooked it up with putting playoff hockey on even when it didn’t show up on their paper thing. Our waitress Jazzlyn was kind to our toddler and listened to him as he requested ketchup and ranch multiple times. Because of this experience I’ll definitely put Bdubs back on the rotation list. Thank yall

Some of the worse wings I’ve ever had. Ordered all flats,saucy.First order was over cooked, very dry. Asked for a different order they came out with so much sauce on them you couldn’t tell where the wings were. Not bartenders fault, she said she asked for them to be wet but not like how we received. It’s like they did it cause I complained the first order. Will never go back there again!. Waste of time and money. Should have read the reviews first

Pesimo servicio fui con mi esposo a comer alitas y pedimos dos pepsis y solo eran pura agua pues ni color tenian, mi esposo y yo pedimos que nos cambiaran la bebidas pero la cajera que nos atendio solo estaba sentada platicando con un muchacho y solo estaba atendiendo al mucacho y a nosotros no nos hizo caso, ni terminamos de comer pues ya enojados nos levantamos pagamos y nos fuimos.

Worst customer service I've ever received from any restaurant. On 04/07 my girlfriend and I went to this location for dinner and drinks. We requested to dine in and the hostess showed us to our table and sat us down. We waited around for over 20 minutes and no one ever showed up to take our order or even to offer us drinks while we wait. Several servers walked by but not one of them bothered to even ask if anyone was taking our order. They just walk by and ignore us. I finally asked one if the servers that walked by if she could help us. She said she would get someone to come over and take our order. After waiting 30 minutes we just got up and left. I have been to this place couple of times and this was the worst experience. They show total disregard for their clientele. I definitely will not recommend this place. I only give it one star because I have to. Otherwise I would give it no star at all.

We've given this company so much money over the years. This past Thursday I had placed an order on the app because I got an email about free chips and salsa when you spend over $16. I opted in and followed the prompts and thought that I had done it the right way. I get there and apparently I didn't. The lady at the front (who was very nice) asked to see my phone and even she couldn't figure it out on the app. She said "yeah our app is super confusing." I said "wellll can I just get the chips and salsa anyways I mean I did spend the correct amount I just couldn't figure out the app but neither could you lol" she went to ask and they said NO. I just chuckled, shook my head and walked out after I thanked the lady. She apologized and I said "it's not your fault." Do better BWW

Ordered delivery. Part of my order was missing. As for the rest, the traditional wings were absolutely the most overcooked, dry and CRUNCHY inedible things I've ever had - absolutely disgusting! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
