Buffalo Wild Wings

The service was incredibly disappointing; we waited for an hour and a half without any attention. When we spoke to the manager about the issue, her response was dismissive, saying, 'What do you want me to do? I can’t go back in time.' Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I won't be returning.

Karima was outstanding she was on point. Very nice young lady. As for the manager I cannot say the same for him. I complaint 4/5 times about the place being cold. My daughter sat on our table shaking. The manager needs some training in the customer service department. He could of shown face and at least apologized. The food was salty as heck. The wings were horrible dry as can be and I bet the bill will be insane. This place needs to gets new manager. Because the one that it has now had no experience what’s so ever. This is how horrible the wings we’re look. You can tell there hard and dry. Our food was nasty and cold .

I always go here whenever I'm craving wings, this location although it takes a while to get your food but it's definitely worth the wait. Please be patient for your food. Deliciousness awaits!!!

The Wings were horrible they tasted very old. Will definitely not be getting food from here agaian.

Let's start from the top: 1. 1 star is being "nice" given the lack of service, management and communication. I placed my order today at 230pm and scheduled for pickup for 6pm. 2. Upon entering the take-out section of the restaurant, a huge line was blocking the area in which other customers have told me that they've been waiting for HOURS to pick up their orders in which they've placed before mine. UBER and GRUBHUB orders were only visibly seen up front. 3. Customers within the take out line were dissatisfied with the lack of service, insufficient staff at hand along with miscommunication because they've waited HOURS to pick up their orders. I was under the assumption I was the only one waiting but about 20 other customers were there waiting for their orders as well. 4. Lack of communication - staff members instead of providing details about their orders whether to wait within the e same area or by the Bar just questioned us all "If we would like a refund?!" As if they refused to communicate with the customers knowing the negative energy being present. 5. I myself was inside for 1 hour and was fed up with the service because I've experienced the same issue last year on Superbowl Sunday. Tip for future: for days like Superbowl or UFC events and etc, best to have the mobile app. Website and or phones stop accepting orders at a certain point because all it's causing is bad customer service and having people like myself write this kind of review. - if you want to keep accepting orders, ensure you have sufficient staff members at hand because this will only continue to happen. This is the 2nd Superbowl in which I've pre ordered wings because I'm a fan of them and STILL from this location it has only given me dissatisfaction. Something needs to change here but it all starts from the TOP! Not sure when's the next time I'll come back here but when I do, hope things have changed for the better. ‍♂️
