Well I went there with my fiancé and her family. Things started off great, Mojo seems like a cool guy. He got our order in, our food showed up, yet we didn’t get plates or napkins. So we asked for napkins and plates, 20 mins go by, so one of us gets up to grab napkins from the bar. An additional 15 mins go by and he finally shows up with plates and napkins. We needed to ask for refills multiple times before we got one, and it always seemed like we needed to yell for him because he was quick to leave from our table. He didn’t ask if we needed anything else. We needed more refills and our check, and we are looking around for him, only to find him outside with another co worker chatting and on their phones. Then it took forever to pay the check. Very disappointed.
This place, the service is very slow and they take care of them badly. I was waiting 2 hours to eat in this place and the waitress with a bad attitude was attending.
This location doesn’t have the same feel as others. I visited for lunch during the week. They were decently busy. Grill was broken, only one server working every table in the place while the bartender scrolled her phone with no one at the bar. With 2 other BWWs on the same street within a couple miles, I’m not sure I’d go back to this one.

My family and I were there for Spring Break. The service was HORRIBLE!!! We had been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to service us, before I finally got up and said something to the manager. The wings are AWFUL!!! The waitress got our order wrong TWICE. Even though the manager gave us a discount, there's nothing that could make me go back to Buffalo Wild Wings.(We were told that the waitress didn't know that she was supposed to service our table)... Communication should've been better and understood between the manager and the waitress.
