Great getaway after work

My table was one of 4 tables in the restaurant at lunch. It still took 20 minutes for our order to be taken, another 20 to get our food, and we had to chase someone down on the other half of the restaurant to settle the bill. On top of it, someone in my party had to go get to-go boxes himself. Not one employee made any effort to recognize the lack of service or do anything to rectify. TL:DR. They can't be bothered so I can't be bothered to return

The food was great and so was the atmosphere but our waiter on the other hand wasn't too great.... We ask for ranch dressing and never got it and he never checked up or came around to our table... My husband ended up drinking my drink because he ran out of his and our waiter was no where to be found... My husband had to get up from my table and go ask for the ranch dressing. When we were ready to leave our waiter appeared randomly and took forever to give us a box to go... I hope next time is better

I placed a pick-up for a 10-piece garlic parmesan boneless wings. Upon arrival, the staff member (Rafi) asked me what my order was and after informing him he said that another guest had just left with it. After waiting for 10 minutes with no update as to what was happening with my order, another staff member came to me and asked if I was ready to pay. I was very confused and when I asked for clarification he stated that I had a balance of $10.11 due. Apparently, a 6-piece boneless had been added to my order. Thankfully, I had my receipt in my email and showed it to him. Another staff member came and they spent another few minutes trying to see what happened. Eventually, they called Rafi over because he was the one that added it on there. When he came over he said that I had called to add the meal. But I objected to this and he even gave me an incredulous look that bewildered me. Once I got back home to finally eat, the chicken and fries were cold and had to be reheated. This was a very unpleasant experience and I hope they improve.
