Buffalo Wild Wings

Sat down at the bar, we were the only people even at the bar at the time. Waited over 50 minutes to get food. 20 minutes just to get drinks. No napkins. No refills offered. When asked if the manager was going to address the issues she said no she’s too busy inside the kitchen.

Love the whole experience. The food was great and we had a two table party The customer service was great and they played with the kids.

by far the worst bdubs in the whole vegas region. The managers are rude and i literally watch one with her whole hand in her mouth. Food sucked, service was booty and it smelled weird. ‍♀️

Brought out kids food 1st cold, then took 30 minutes to bring out our wings. Waiter has very poor service and full of excuses why the kitchen staff would not get our order done.

The food was cold and obviously sat in the window for for awhile because all 4 entrées and appetizers came out together cold wings cold Buffalo chicken tots cold burgers gross! and I brought it up To the servers attention she said that she would talk to the kitchen....... a manager should've come to the table to address the situation that didn't happen totally disappointed with the experience at the Craig road NLV location in addition it took almost 2 hours dine a good 30 miniutes or more after we ordered to get anything I will not even think about going back Completely opposite in Yuma Arizona I dined there 3 time's while I was there for work the food was always hot fresh and good and the service was outstanding How about a gift card or refund instead of just reaching out to the train wreck of a location our bill was over $100 for slow service and cold food I know what good food and service is all about I worked for Chef Emeril fire 6 years at the MGM and have been a resident in Las Vegas since 1992
