My dad ordered hot bbq had to send them back twice because the manager Joece (probably incorrectly spelled) said the hot honey bbq and hot bbq were the same. Then attempted to get loud when he was corrected and then said he would call the police for no reason given. He was very rude and didn’t even want to hear to customer out. Not to mention people have sat and walked out due to the lack of service. The food took forever to come out sat here from 8pm-9:50 for the correct order.
Good Luck if BW3’s on Barrett take ownership of making a mistake on your order b/c despite that that act of integrity they will not give you a full refund for their error. To be more specific manager Steven won’t. Very disappointed as I ordered all flats. Was never told that the BOGO did not deliver to that. Hubby came home with some flats and some drums (which I hate). Could have gotten Chinese food had I know upfront (cashier never said otherwise) that I would not get what I ordered. Poor customer service.
Great spot for some hot and fresh wings
I am a Uber food delivery person. I try not to pick up any order from this location unless I really have to. Usually it takes more than 10 minutes to get the delivery. Or can you call the guest, we don't have this or that. Always something. Like right now I am standing here to pick up an order. I am already here more than 10 minutes. Restaurants don't understand that we get paid by the delivery not by hour. If we have to wait this long for one order, we will be doing 5 orders all day. Our family depends on the money we make . It sucks!!!
Don’t order a salad without planning to spend another $2 on salad dressing. The amount they give you is honestly hilarious and I thought they were joking.
The food was not good at all. The wings was over cooked and hard. The ultimate nacho was nothing more than chips and peppers no cheese sauce had to add brisket so I had something else to go with it. Had to get up and ask server to get folks and napkins after food was brought. Just a bad experience all around.
Bruce, our server made it clear he didn't want to be there. Hope he had a better day. Or they should send him home. Gave him a good tip, but didn't think he deserved it.
