Buffalo Wild Wings

If I could rate this less than 1 star I would, not even sure where to start. 1 server for Friday night (I get that staff is in short supply but the bar area was staffed, adjust your plan) Our server was nice, but was setup for failure. The food was terrible. The sauces were not correct to heat chart or the cook didn't change gloves as all of our sauces were supposed to be on the milder scale and all were way hotter than previous meals. The food was cold. The sauces were cold. The only acceptable meal was our daughters kids cheeseburger. This was all a terrible experience but the worst was yet to come when my wife and daughter used the restroom it was disgusting. Toilets plugged, faucet broken, no toilet paper. My wife was so appalled it ruined the rest of our night. We will never go back to this establishment, and never step foot in their chain again. I'm tempted to call the food inspector it was that bad.

I really enjoy going Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is great and the atmosphere is even better.

It took us about 15 minutes to be seated even though there was basically no one there. Once seated it took another 10 minutes to get an order in. Some boneless wings, 2 burgers with fries, added dry rub seasoning to the fries along with queso cheese. We asked for the wings to be an appetizer before the burgers. 15 minutes later the waitress brings out 2 orders of fries, no seasoning or cheese, and no burgers or wings. Told her we wanted the wings first, she said sorry and brought out the wings a few minutes later, but still no cheese or anything for the fries. Wings were luke warm like they'd been sitting for awhile. 10 minutes later our burgers come out, still no cheese for our now ice-cold fries. We asked again, thinking they'd make some new fries for us. Nope.... A few minutes later she dropped the cheese off as we were paying the bill. Never once asked if we wanted another round of drinks or if we needed anything else. Wish I could give zero stars.

It was Saturday night and our wait was under ten minutes! The service was excellent. Food was really good. Detroit Lions were in the big screen!

Ordered over the phone for pickup for some wings, was told it was going to be 15 to 20 minutes, arrived 20 minutes after placing my order and still had to wait another 20 minutes after arriving to recieve my order. This has happened multiple times, and I don't think I'm going to go back here if they can't keep their word

horrible place… ordered food at 4pm, order was not delivered by 5, called at 5:30 6 times and nobody answered the phone. order ended up getting cancelled at 6pm!!! after waiting 2 hours for my food! ridiculous! learn how to answer your phones!!!!!
