Super Bowl Sunday! This joint was "rocking"! Great food, good people. I enjoyed myself immensely.

The food was ok, wings were good, the sampler was trash. Our server dropped off the drinks and he dropped off the check, other than that we had to ask the poor bartender for everything because our server was no where to be found. We tipped the bartender.

Long story short , they had a DJ with deafening rap music during the Super Bowl .. we wanted to enjoy the Super Bowl AND the funny commercials with our wives .. my head is still hurting and I will never EVER go to that location EVER again .. I hate clubs with loud music , and that was what it was !!!!!!!! That manager should work at a club and NOT at a sports bar and family restaurant!!!!!!! Shame on him …. Ruined our Sunday and beyond!!!

Worst service ever. The bartender loomed at our group shakes her head and told us she was not going to serve us. Dennis tokarev, I guess is the manager, who is spineless and said they would not serve us for no reason while other groups where taking shots makes no sense. I’ve been going to BWW all over the country and we sure them for cómprate events, but this will be the last time as we were discriminated.

Their lunch special are great, and I will definitely be back.

Ordered through the online application. They said they sent my ordered through DoorDash and I never received anything… I was at work so basically didn’t get any lunch. Later on I called bww and they couldn’t do much about it. Disappointed. 0 stars , no accountability

The food was over cooked and cold.

My Boyfriend and I started going after work. we both work downtown. we are off at 5PM. we get there at 530 for Tue or Thursday happy hour and watch some games. 7th time we arrive. the service is so bad. we get our 1st beer at 5:45PM. there is only 1 bartender and the place is full. we are sitting at the left side of the bar and we are not getting any service. when we bring that up to our friends, they say the same thing. Place already has a bad reputation. I have already sent a complaint and nothing happened.

No issues at first till our server took her break, which turns out we also went on break with her since we had to wait 30mim before having to flag someone to get served again. we were discussing how the service went south. An employee over heard us speaking about it. To which we made the comparison the table he was hanging out with had been getting nonstop service while we have had interrupted service. His response was to point out the table are employees of the establishment. We decided to go cancel our orders of food we had placed and pay for what we had consumed. Now, this is where the employee who was catering to the employee table introduced himself as the manager Robert, he then proceeded to bill us out and tried to sneak food items into our bill that we did not order or consume. We had him make the corrections and we double checked the items . Then we paid. Stay away from this location as the piss poor reviews are truthful. I will also encourage everyone in the area not visit this location. Continue to go to the other more well established more professional BWW locations
