The wings are fine, the large choice of sauces allows me to find something I'm in the mood for. However, they have serious problems with math. The last two times I ate in-house, they didn't serve me the wings I ordered. Specifically, both times, I ordered 15 wings and received 12 and 13. I had to tell them each time that they short changed me, whereupon they apologized and brought out the remainder. I ordered 30 wings to go recently, which comes with six servings of blue cheese, and found out when I got home that I received 29 wings and four servings of blue cheese. I had no chance to ask them to correct this as I was already home so had to live with being short changed. Again. I don't buy the argument that they serve based on weight, as some people have suggested. The menu specifies the number of wings and dipping sauces you get, not the weight, and if they don't deliver that, they are not fulfilling the order as specified. And besides, the fact that they only gave me four blue cheese instead of six invalidates that argument. There is no "Orders & Visits" link on that page. Stop short changing your customers.

Good luck waiting for them to answer the phone to place a pick up order . Try different times on different days and nothing. And if you place an order online you still have to wait like 30 minutes . Not including the time it takes for them to acknowledge your presence at the establishment .

Quality of wings dropped. Tried last three times and the same every single time. Wings dry and probably precooked before to be served at the table. Now I understand why wings take about 5 minutes to be in your table, they’re pre cooked or even boiled before to get fried.

Ordered for pickup during Super Bowl Sunday assuming that if a time slot was available, that means my wings would be ready during that time. I arrived at 2:10 pm for a 2:30 pm pickup and didn’t get my order until I asked for a refund (which I didn’t get) around 3:30 pm. They seemed to rush my order which happened to be cold and barely sauced. When the customers were upset about the wait, two of the three employees were total sweethearts and understanding. One woman with two half buns on her head was so condescending and rude and inflamed the people. I will not ever go back here again. So disappointed.

Nice off the general lines of traffic, but usually fairly busy. Good food selection and service. We always sit in Brian's area near the bar and he is always great and friendly too. A++++++ TVs everywhere showing all the latest sports. Come on in, plenty of seats. Parking: Good amount of parking and maybe slightly full during popular hours.
